Masari needed Adobe Commerce’s security and capabilities, plus a data move to a new server. Taking the store offline risked sales and customer trust. It also needed its own payment checkout and shipping for domestic and overseas buyers.
Lime planned around the cutover: the server migration, platform configuration, and custom checkout were sequenced for a short, reversible switch. The three-month migration kept the storefront online, with no maintenance page at cutover.
